href=\"https:\/\/www.eos-her.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mountaineering Club of Heraklion<\/strong><\/a> refuge is located on the east slope of Mt. Psiloritis at 1080m altitude. The location is called Prinos. It\u2019s accessible only on foot and we consider it to be an extension of our club\u2019s premises on the mountain.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the european path E4 passes next to our refuge, through which you can reach the forest of Rouvas in 4 hours and Nida Plateu in 8. The two closest peaks are Koudouni (1860m) and Giristi (1779m).<\/p>\n<p>The refuge features a spacious living room with a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking facilities include a gas hob and wood stove\/oven. There are also two indoor toilets. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two storey beds that can accommodate up to 30 people. Inside the bedrooms there are two closets full of blankets for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>The refuge is available for visiting and for overnight staying not only to club members, but also groups from other clubs or companies and people who love nature and mountains.
